Booking terms
Clear rules from the start — no hidden fees, no small print.
Enquiry and confirmation
Sending the form commits you to nothing. We check availability and reply within 24 hours with the final price. A booking becomes binding only once you confirm it and pay the deposit.
10% deposit
To hold your dates you pay a deposit of 10% of the total stay. The balance is settled right after you arrive — in cash on site or by bank transfer, whichever suits you.
Free cancellation up to 30 days
You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date and we refund the deposit in full. For later cancellations the deposit is non-refundable.
Changing your dates
If your plans change, just write to us. If the apartment is free on the new dates, we move your booking at no extra cost.
Arrival and registration
Spanish law requires every guest's identity document to be registered before arrival. We'll ask you for the details by e-mail beforehand, or take them at check-in — it only takes a moment.
