I've lived in Tenerife for over 25 years, so I know the local property market and the island's regulations thoroughly. As the owner of a holiday-rental company I support clients not only with the purchase, but also with obtaining an NIE number and residency, translations, and organising renovations and furnishing of apartments. I'm fluent in Spanish, German and Polish.
Agnieszka Orszak
Financial advisor
I specialise in financial advice and in supporting clients who are buying property in Tenerife. With many years of experience in banking and finance, I help you navigate the purchase and Spanish mortgage process safely. My clients receive end-to-end support — from assessing borrowing capacity, through paperwork, to closing the deal. I work in Polish, English and German.
Sandra Milke
Holiday rental manager
I look after our holiday rentals — from the first enquiry, through choosing the right apartment and dates, to welcoming guests on arrival. I make sure every stay is fully taken care of: verified apartments, smooth check-in and a quick reply whenever something is needed during the holiday. I'm always happy to suggest which area suits your plans best. I'm fluent in Polish and Spanish.
Urlika Holmberg
Office Manager
I'm the Office Manager and have lived in the Canary Islands since 1999. I handle all the administration around a sale so our clients can be sure every formality is properly taken care of. My work includes managing tax payments, cadastral matters and filing documents with the tax authorities.

I'm the owner and director of the DM Property office, with 25 years in the industry. As a native Canarian I know the islands' property market inside out, which lets me advise clients effectively and secure the best deals for them.
